I can't speak for other mods, but I do know that I myself read the suggestions I see and try to make an opinion on it (unless it's something I genuinely don't understand) and post about it. And I especially listen to the suggestions members send me for my own forums. I know plenty of other mods that do that, like Forever and Cirno. I'm not gonna go asking every mod about that, but yeah. Generally, for forum-wide suggestions, it's more of higher staff territory than moderator territory.

That's why communication is key, yes! :)

Ignored is bad, yes. I wasn't disagreeing with her. I understand where she's coming from and I know people go ignored and that's not right either, but your comment said we needed to listen more, not make sure that we don't overlook anything, which are a tad different. But everyone does deserve a yes or no, or even some sort of compromise to make things fit and fall into place, like Bloodex's Valentine's event suggestion. There are lots of ideas flowing in there atm.

I had no problem with you wishing her a good job. Like I said, I agreed with her.

Trust me, a lot of us do. We may not have been on PC for eight years, but just because we're lacking in seniority doesn't mean we don't care any less about the site than someone that's been here since the beginning.

I just find it funny you say staff should listen more when we do listen and read all the suggestions that come in, including suggestions that are not posted and instead sent through PM, IM, etc. And obviously not every suggestion can be done, and someone's bound to get their feelings hurt, no matter what. How they take their suggestion being turned down is up to them. Gonna throw a fit? Probably not the best idea. Just take it for now and maybe suggest it again some time? Probably the better solution.

Your comment just came off as uninformed considering you don't realize half the suggestions staff has to look at, whether it's big forum suggestions that are posted in blogs or Q&F or suggestions for specific sections that are sent in privately to that moderator.
