    one thing that is notable to mention is that in all likelihood, there will likely be no buildings in the first tileset tbh

    that is a healthily-sized tileset ahaha

    a lot of this is also better suited in a tileset meant specifically for one town
    so like what would you like to be able to use everywhere? mainly the stuff in the upper left is what i'm thinking
    we'll also have to jam pack the tileset (and it may actually be impossible) in order to actually fit everything in, if that's what you are going for
    if there's any undesired tiles, speak now or idek
