I just bred one with Perfect IVs, EM, Adamant and Huge Power and I am trying to breed one more so you can have it but meanwhile I will give you something else for the Pinsir :).

OK I bred an Adamant Marill with Superpower and Huge Power, the only thing is that it`s IVs are 31/31/31/XX/31/31. Basically everything is maxed except SpA. but you don`t use special attacking Azumarill in competitive so I suppose it is fine :).
