Stark Mountain hasn't worked.Has anyone managed to catch Dialga/Palkia?

I have Platinum Orb already... I'll try Stark Mountain. Also I have caught the three birds and now I am confused. I can't believe I had beaten the league in less the 8 hours on a game I did not understand anything on...

I have some problems on Platinum... Well firstly my main problem is that I can't get Dialga/Palkia even though I have the National Dex, and the Orbs. My next problem is that my Friend Code isn't showing...And that is really annoying cause it means I cant trade with my Platinum... Any ideas?
