Cleffa - trophy garden, Mt. Coronet 1st floor Ok.

Feebas - Mt. Coronet 1st basement level. (with the big lake in it) Fish in certain spots to findOk

Porygon 2 - Get Porygon from Trophy Garden (Post-National Dex) and trade with Upgrade.
Upgrade attained from Prof. Oak in Eterna Umm... Im using emulator.

Elekid - Outside the Power plant outside Floaroma town with Fire red Cartridge inserted, Breed 2 Electabuzz/ Electivire

using emulator. But i think i can do the breeding part

I have some problems on Platinum...

Well firstly my main problem is that I can't get Dialga/Palkia even though I have the National Dex, and the Orbs. My next problem is that my Friend Code isn't showing...And that is really annoying cause it means I cant trade with my Platinum... Any ideas?

Callydude: Uhh... How is that possible, Callydude? If I'm not mistaken, you have to see Dialga and Palkia to obtain the National Dex. How can you get the National Dex without seeing them?

In Platinum, they automatically show up in your Pokedex as seen before you can actually fight and capture them (during the confrontation with Team Galactic on top of Mt. Coronet, as I've heard). You have to go back later to actually catch them.

As for you, Callydude...I'm not sure what to tell you. You might have to progress more with certain parts of the story (Stark Mountain) or pick up the Platinum Orb in the Torn World.

If you read a booklet on Mr. Backlot's table in the Pokemon Mansion, it gives you data on Manaphy automatically.
