I suppose Cierra (or really, the creators) named her Gateau because it sounds like the Spanish "gato". But Gateau actually means "cake" in French XD (hence the "Old Gateau" in DPPt) So Cierra's calling her "Cake" XD

But poor Gateau. Can't speak anymore (though Ein can still understand her; thank god for her being a familiar!).

But yeah. Poor Rose, too ><' She tries to keep him from getting out of trouble, but has no luck doing so.

I actually want to see what would happen if at the lion's head thing (in Tetyth) you put Rose in XD I wanted to try it, but instead I felt like putting Ein's hand in. Maybe I'll try it in a new file >.>

Ah, the bathing scenes. Good times, good times ><' Even if it does lower their affection, it's still funny to view XD One of the few times Ein actually acts like a true pervert. Most of the times are usually accidental XD Or so I think... o3o

Yeah, definitely. Ein looks a lot better than he did in the WonderSwan version XD In the WS version, he looks a bit creepy O.O Maybe that was to show that he was a lecher...? *shot*

I like the CG, too :3 Especially in the PSP version. It's really cool that they added some more CG in.

WonderSwan Lina doesn't look all that bad. Except maybe the ones where she's weirded out. But that kinda applies to all of them XD And Hector actually kinda looks the same to me o3o

Yggdra Union's a bit weird. And somewhat confusing. I prefer Fire Emblem ><'

Well, Riviera is actually part of a series, so unless they decide to make a sequel as part of the series, I doubt it (but it'd be nice). I don't think you could actually call it a series, though, but only because the games after Riviera (the first in the series) don't really have much to do with it other than Norse references. The second one is Yggdra Union (I've played it; it's kind of like Fire Emblem) and they apparently don't have a third game, but they have a fourth for the DS. Kind of confusing, but... :/

You are right, though. There are definitely a lot of good games that need sequels XD

Yeah, save states always help ><' Especially with the little "press the button right when the arrow is over the little white box" thing. I found that to be the hardest (and most annoying). The one where you have to press the right buttons at the right time as the arrow moves down (reminds me of DDR for some strange reason) is also annoying, but easier than that white box thing, in my opinion ><'

Practicing also gets to be a bit repetitive, unless you just fight the monsters and gain your experience and learn skills through that.

I did the exact same thing ><' A friend told me about it, I looked it up, it seemed interesting, so I downloaded it on an emulator. Then, like you, I got bored playing it on the emulator, so I stopped.

Afterwards, I tried all over Maryland to find a used one, but no luck. But thankfully, when I went down to VA Beach for Thanksgiving, I found it used. So I bought it ><'

I kinda want to see what the PSP one is like, too. 'Course, from what I read, it's just a port game with some extra CG (like from your profile pic/my siggy pic). I also want to see what the WonderSwan version is like, though seeing how it's in Japanese...
