Congrats! Yeah, I've done it too...kinda fun. The first gen Pokémon are all from Base, Jungle, Fossil, the second gen from the first 3 Neo sets, third gen from R/S, Sandstorm, Dragon, and HL, and fourth gen from the D/P sets. I actually have a video of it...

While what you said is true, it's a joke card and therefore not balanced. And when its attack stat is 222 compared to a 16 defense, 65 speed and 38 special... :P
