You should see the sketch, it is much better imo (ill post it up at PC, or you can check SG cos it already there:D )

Woah! that is based in the "evolution line" cards form pokemon zeo... really excellent idea retake it.
Maybe the placement of the "basic" "stage 1" and "stage 2" I will do it in another way for give a little more of space to the attack's space
For originality I rate it in : 8,5. Altought I see it before the idea I never tought than someone will retake it for the actual card format
Blank design I rate 9,0. In general is good but I a couple of details like I say before than coul be a little better.... anyway the distibution is good balanced ;)
Illustration I rate it in 9,8... y see some dots no painted in the BG... but almost can't see it

That is really nice. I like the basic and evo idea mate! i think you have got something there1 I don't know if there are cards before that with the basic and evo thing but still! I like it a lot!

Yes Adept-ex, I saw those cards at zeo-a couple of yrs ago, mind :P (did it from memory) and wanted to bring the idea back because it was cool and unique.
I'm always up for making new ideas (and odd :P), so expect more soon
