Personally I'm suggesting a Impish with the Intimidate Abililty. (:Flare Blitz + Extreme Speed + Morning Sun + Crunch (for Gengar and Alakazam)/Wild Charge (Coverage)/Will-o-wisp (to spice things up, pun not intended).

Abra is rather straightforward 252 on S.A and Spe. While Bulbasaur really depends on the set. (:
