Yeah the cost of making HD Wii U games is why we saw far less spinoff titles - Pokkén was both a port of an arcade game that made was already making money and only has a small number of detailed playable characters to chose from while every other model was a rextutre from the 3DS games.
And as...
Chalk it up to seats being placed closer to other objects and in different shapes and sizes means you can't get away with a generic sitting down pose to look right all the time.
You can still sit on the big chair in the festival plaza if you want.
Gameboy Advance ROMs are stored on chips that can't be modified after they're burned at the factory (hence the name Read-Only Memory) so this isn't possible apart from using GBA flashcarts to run your game. Historically, some hacks have been put into new bootleg carts and sold by pirates but...
That's impossible. The contents of the pre-loaded data are encrypted, and the decryption key will not be made available on the eShop until the game actually releases.

Anyway, core support for the Super Nintendo was drying up very fast by 1996, come 1997 when Pokémon had become a major success there...
Personally I've always thought that Victory Road is basically analogous to how the anime shows a tournament before the Elite 4.
The difference is that in the game you need to pit the player against a string of trainers separated by wild Pokémon encounters to make it difficult, as generic NPC...
Wouldn't this immediately look really bad because of the 16 color limit of DS Pokemon sprites? (besides how bad the ripped graphics from XY look anyway) The sprites in HG/SS are drawn as pixel art with a limited palette for a reason.
Regardless, I think the DS would very quickly run into memory...
