For natures, I horde Synchronize Ralts, since those are popular on WT. And I did have Adamant, since it's a popular nature, so I caught an Adamant Flabebe on my very first try, and then gave it an Everstone to pass down the nature to the babies.

Yeah, I was pretty sure you'd use the Pokemon fan sites, but I couldn't resist the Google-sensei joke. Anyway, both bulba and serebii actually list the egg moves and the compatible males for each Pokemon, so you wouldn't have to check each Pokemon that learns a certain move and check if it's in the same egg group as the female. For Flabebe for example, only male Skitty can pass down Captivate, and only male Skitty, Plusle and Minun work for Copycat. So the options were pretty limited for today {XD}

Having said that, one of my buddies on Facebook actually lent me his 5IV flawless shiny Cradily with HA, Dream Ball, F for breeding purposes. Probably total hax but the offspring will be the same lol XD so I don't see an issue with using it for breeding.

Do you have (Love Ball) F Shinx by chance? or (Dream Ball) F HA Shinx?

Most important right now would probably be the Jolly Poison Touch Croagunk, the Adamant Moxie Heracross, and the Calm Trace Porygon.

By "Transfer Move" I mean the move can only be on the Pokemon if it was transferred from gen V or earlier. Like Pawniard can only learn Knock Off through the gen V move tutor in Black 2/White 2.

yes, both hyper voice for gardevoir and knock off for bisharp are tutor moves in gen V and transfer them from gen V is the only way to get them!
I don't have any gen V game... That's why I need somebody's help ahah!
Also everything needs to be done there since it is not possible to pass down tutor moves..

Mmmm - I've seen the one that actually gives you a pokemon, and lets you eliminate NFE pokemon - that one's really nice :D I think we were considering going to that one from www.random.org for a while, but I think the nostalgia just held us on our old one. :P
