even if the npc's offscreen move, they advance the egg's iv frame :(

did you calibrate the egg iv frame? i doubt you would normally start at frame 2 most times.. i usually start at frame 4-5... the frame changes every time you resave and every time any npc in all of solaceon town, even offscreen, turns/moves.

your journal math is fine so that shouldnt be the problem. make sure that the page says catch/defeated mon too. if you still can't get that, change target seeds. i have some trouble with some particular seeds. :)

I guess I could give some pointers, but I haven't done it in such a long time.

woah uh lemme see if i remember anything about diamond... go over these things first:

1. the delay could be off. there are two ways to check, assuming you did not power off after hatching it. first, flip the coin by using the coin flip app. note the pattern of heads/tails of the first 10 coin flips. input into rng reporter. alternatively, you can catch a wild pokemon. input the wild pokemons ivs into rng reporter seed finder, yeah? look for a match.

2. the frame could be off. the frame is randomly advanced in solaceon town by the other people. to check your frame, assuming you hit your target delay, right click the target spread in rng reporter. there should be an option noted as generate adjacent results. make the rng reporter generate your nearby frames so you may find what you hit. if you did not hit your target delay, you can still generate ad

3. do you know the parents ivs? make sure those are accurate as well
