Oh, if you don't have that option that means the eshop update isn't installed and you can skip that step.

Are you on citra or a 3DS? Either way, step three in both guides doesn't mention the code.ips, looks like I've might've uploaded the wrong guides. Sorry about that!

Sounds like you might be using a really old version of the guide; there's no need to do anything with the code.ips file anymore, it just gets copy/pasted with all the other files. Try the latest version of the guide that comes with the hack (get it from the Downloads section in the hack's thread).
