I'm pretty sure everyone's fine with the idea of our own tier. I doubt that even the beginning phases of it will be a problem as we know that we can control whatever's giving us the most problems and that we can control what pokes get out of hand and throw back in pokes that have hard counters...

To answer your question NO. Everybody uses Blissey in competitive play and the ones who don't, understand how amazing it is. Tbh, I don't know why you would think people think it's not great.

It's very difficult to rate a team when we don't know anything beyond the team members. Try to include Natures, Items, EVs, Movesets, and Abilities so we can help you much more efficiently.

I typically choose Power over accuracy, but I'm running something like Nidoking then I try to be a bit more sparing. Blizzard/Fire Blast/Earth Power/Thunder would be horribly rage-inducing. I always choose Focus Blast on Alakazam over Aura Sphere, though.
