Eh, I feel as if the Indie scene is becoming really bloated with terrible copycat bands. It's one big game of follow the leader. There are few diamonds in the ruff. Particularly stuff like Interpol, Empire! Empire!(I Was A Lonely Estate), Mogwai, and Self Defense Family.

Zero Dark Thirty(2012) Excellent movie that shows the viewer a very innovative take on war, and its many covert facets. It's very familiar, especially since it covers a still-relevant topic.

I'm actually kinda pissed that Victory Records screwed them over with the releasing and distribution of the album. I'm not a fan of them, but I enjoyed the album. At any rate, I'm current obsessing over Prowler In the Yard by Pig Destroyer. A classic.
