Not sure whether it counts as year round schooling, but the school terms fairly simple, 40 weeks of school (excluding public holidays), 2 one week holidays in March and September, one 1 month holiday in June, and a very very long one in November and December. However, sometimes we still have to go back to school during the holidays for club activities and some extra lessons. And I am in the equator (its hot as hell here all round) and the school year starts at January and ends at October.

The legal age of getting a job here I think its 14/15 and above, and in case there's a needing for a age, they will specify, but mostly, most part-time jobs here are mostly looking for 16 and above. You don't need to get permission from your parents.

Its working now... I guess the MAL system was a little bit cocked up.

I would watch it, but only after my preliminary exams, which is like 2 weeks later.

Too busy, because I have its my final year in Secondary School and you know the rest, its study and study and study for me, although admittedly, I haven't been studying. :P

I had a part-time job then (like last year from November to December), that's the only time where employers can hire students as employees here, since its the holidays. But I didn't spent any of that money... (about $300 USD :D) But I am planning to use that money to buy a 3DS and some games.

However, I only watched the 1st season of Genshiken :P

Same here! However, most of the print manga here are mostly translated into Chinese and my reading skills of Chinese is hit and miss. I don't really have any spare cash anyway, since I still am a student.

Its not really my favourite series, I just watched it, for fun!

I don't really like reading manga anyway, especially on a computer, and I do not have tablet/touchscreen phone, so yeah, that really urks me from reading any manga. But if there's a few manga series that I really like, I will sometimes use my mother's phone to read those mangas.
