There is only one place in B/W you can Dive and that is in Undella Bay. Sorry but it's an absolute fake. Also, you can't swim North of P2 Lab.

I'd say Ruby/Sapphire take place around the same time as Black/White, since it's never explicitly stated Hoenn is set in the same timeframe as Kanto and after all, another link could be that Hoenn is the only region previously Oak wasn't present, as he's not present in Unova we could presume...

The sneak peek of the Pokemon Black and White series (advertised as Pokemon Première Weekend) is just a sneak peek, with the first 2 episodes. The following week there is no Black and White, so we'll have to wait longer for the series. Maybe it'll be on at Easter.
