Just don't switch into Ice Punch =/ It's very easy. Switch into either Swords Dance or Close Combat, and then take out Lucario.

If you want another Lucario (physical) counter, Weezing, Gyarados, and Salamence (as long as Gyara and Mence avoid Stone Edge) can all work relatively well.

Let's put it this way; Lucario's Extremespeed is a cup of yogurt. Gliscor is a giant wall of renforced steel that's been built with spikes and a force field of electric that zaps all materials into defragmentation...

In other words, yes, Gliscor laughs at Lucario.

YES, god yes. Gliscor is the best Lucario counter in the game. If you EV it to have 216 Speed with a Jolly nature, not only can it outspeed him, but OHKO with Earthquake.

Other fast Psychic types that aren't completely screwed over by Lucario? Why do you specifically need a Psychic type to handle him? There are MUCH better answers to Lucario than Psychic types.

Just to let you know, Metagross doesn't resist any of Lucario's moves bar Extremespeed or Bullet Punch. Don't listen to PhantomSyndrome since it gets OHKO'd by SD Close Combat.
