Sorry I wasn't clear enough with my comment about Sharpen, but that move is, according to the anime, what happens is that the Porygon turns into an object that can be used by itself -- as in, if it sharpens its nose to make it lance-like, I'm not sure if it could be used as a weapon by another person so much as it'd probably hover around and swing itself.

Well, not anything. You don't have weapons (and can't get your battle suit or Porygon -- erm, yeah, Sharpen doesn't really work that way, sorry to say, but it's fine to leave as is in that post -- to materialize one), and if you do something to another player's character or Pokémon, you've got to check with them first. That and you can't do something such as taking out an entire team by yourself in one or two shots. But other than that, the rules are pretty lax about what you can do to NPCs.

Depends on whether or not the other character's made modifications to their helmets. For the most part, a lot of them can only send simple messages to one another and text-based data. Others (well, namely, Zach) was smart enough to upgrade to give himself a playerdex, so his battle uniform probably has the ability to receive more advanced messages.

However, Porygon can pretty much infiltrate any piece of technology, so you could plausibly just have Porygon hack into a helmet and do whatever necessary to get the recipient to download what you're trying to send them anyway. Just remember to ask the player before doing it unless the character is an NPC.

Hey Eletj, I'm sorry that I haven't posted in a while, you know with life and all 0_0 But I'm back now! Also, I finally figured something out- keeping up 4 RP's is near impossible in my life right now... so I'm sorry but I think I am resigning from your rp :'( Don't take this the wrong way, but its been really hard to keep my PC activites up latley. Again, sorry for that, but it was fun! CTA was my first rp, and thanks for the oppourtunity! You introduced me into the PCRP world.
