Definitely the cards. Although I rarely ever play the game with them, I do enjoy collecting the different variants and kinds of Pokemon species as display. If I was to choose a close second and third, I'd buy the plushies and figurines.

1. Separate swimming/flying sprites for Pokemon 2. Additional features and games for Amie 3. Ability to breed other legendaries 4. Evolutions to Pokemon like Farfetch'd , Luvdisc, etc. 5. Skateboards (originally planned for Gen 2, but later scrapped)

I know it's pretty cliche' to prefer the legendaries, but Xerneas may just be my all-time favorite Generation 6 Pokemon. My favorite Mega Evolution being Mega Blastoise, and my favorite normal Pokemon being Chesnaught, as well.
