Not that often... I mean, Most people who have questions about IVs simply post in the sticky, where they usually get a fine answer. There's also an EV guide in the Compiled Guides sticky as well.

Personally, I don't have time to write an in-depth guide with finals coming up and what not which I need to do VERY VERY well on :)
