What's a good EV spread for my Skarmory then? I am confused with one person saying don't use the smogon ev's and another defending them :) my skarmory i bred is impish with these IV's 25 hp, 30 defense, 31 attack, 20 spdef, 12 speed how does 252 hp, 252 def, 4 atk look for EVS?

I bred my Skarmory with perfect attack IV's and he has brave bird. how much EV should i put into atk you think? if I sacrifice from HP EV.

skarmory so ive been reading on smogon about ev's for skarmory and im wondering why they said you should do a spread like this 252 HP / 96 Atk / 156 Def / 4 Spe wouldn't it be better to max out defense and hp? why only 156 def? is there a defense cap?

How can I get Metagross to Learn thunderpunch? I'd like to. I am raising a skarmony now to help with adding in a wall.. Also a starmie but am having trouble raising one since I can't use everstones... I have to mate with my ditto stock too :(

Ok whew. Thought I messed up there. I spent all day breeding bagon's for perfect stats and I wanted to raise him up to level 30 before I went out to do EV training. Thanks for answering my question :)

I just raised a Bagon to level 30 at the Daycare center. I forgot to evolve him at level 30 manually. So he didn't evolve to Shellgon until level 31. Are his stats messed up now since he evolved 1 level late? Or does it not matter

I see. I will be able to do that soon I guess. I am a little sad, I got into pokemon while I had the DS. So I guess this means the only way to trade amongst GBA games is if I had a GBA SP and Wired Link with another person with a GBA SP?

how would you trade sapphire pokes to diamond then? how would you trade GBA pokemon games ? with an SP?
