    Okay. I hatched a third female Eevee, and evolved the three I have into Flareon, Jolteon, and Vaporeon. I took two male Eevees and evolved them into Leafeon and Glaceon, and I had a female Growlithe sitting in my box, so if you want to trade now we can. Or, I can continue hatching the Eevees until I get two more female ones. It's your call. Currently nicknaming your Pokemon.

    Female Eevee #2 HATCHED! Finally, I was starting to believe that something was wrong with my game. XD I'm going to evolve those two into Flareon and Vaporeon. Then I'll take a Male one to the rock by Snowpoint and evolve it so I know it won't go above level 10.

    o.o nothing effects IVs. A pokemon's IVs are generated when you get an egg/enter a battle.
    If I get a modest/female bold, you can have it. :U

    xD I had to train a smeargle until it was strong enough stay alive in a double battle for at least 2 turns.
    Then train my marill and feebas until they could stay alive in a double battle, too.

    Sketched one move. Go to pastoria to relearn sketch (training to level 21= too much work.) sketch the other move.

    I found out how to do it. D:
    I had to use smeargle to sketch hypnosis and light screen, then breed it to psyduck and breed that to feebas.

    I know, but I don't know how to get which moves on which pokemon. D:
    I put a female feebas with a male poliwhirl with hypnosis. Got a hypnosis feebas. Then I needed light screen, so I put Clefairy with Azumarill to get a light screen male marill.
    If I put a female feebas with hypnosis and a male marill with light screen, the baby will only get light screen since the mother can't pass down moves.

    FFFFFF After like 2 hours or searching on the internet I still have no answer on how to get my feebas to have both light screen and hypnosis
