As far as I know, they aren't. Chapters are translated when they are released in volumes, and those arcs aren't released that way yet. I guess you (and me too lol) will have to wait 'til the DP saga ends...

Dark/Ghost is the best type combination. As far as I know, its the only combination without weaknesses. I really like water/ground, though its 2x weakness to grass makes it tough sometimes..

A Glaceon dress? o_O You could always dress up in lightblue clothes. Dark blue shoes/something and dark blue gloves. You could do long earrings for the thing Glaceon has in the face. And for the tale and the ear, you should make them in something that can stand still, and cover them with blue...

I alwyas preffer Misty to come back. Its okey with May, but she hasn't that special bond with Ash. Anyway, if Misty comes back, I don't think they'll continue to show that thing. The Anime didn't evolve when it was the time to do it, so the shippings aren't going to evolve. I hope you can...

I don't know, may be in the hacks section. I been asked for somes ideas for some game-plot a couple of times. If you find the right person, you can form a team to work with and develop your ideas. I'd play a game with all this things ^^

seriously dude, you should join some hacking team, you're ideas are quite good, not to mention original. A game with all these things (including wheather birds) would be cool... you could write something like this with so many more 'pokemon enigmas' xD xD
