Glaceon SUIT/Dress?

Anyone who knows how to make one? I need a tips, with materials and so
I also dont mind buying one from a site, so long i can get it to Europe; Sweden.. But problem is there, im about 195cm ( 6.32" )

A Glaceon dress? o_O
You could always dress up in lightblue clothes. Dark blue shoes/something and dark blue gloves. You could do long earrings for the thing Glaceon has in the face. And for the tale and the ear, you should make them in something that can stand still, and cover them with blue fabric. You could past the ears into something like a tiara, and the tail in your pants.

Its all I can imagine... Wouldn't Mew be more simply to dress up like? xD
