Got a little bit of lifter's elbow I think from setting a new PR on the bench press a couple of days ago. I feel a little tug around my elbow when I lift my arm up or fold it behind my head, but it's much better today than it was yesterday so I might proceed with a deload week tomorrow...

I agree with what people said about Gen 3 through Gen 4 on this thread, and I just want to add that Pokemon felt more magical around that time. All the flagship Legendaries were some cool deities which went hard in the playground, but the BIG thing for me personally was that collecting Pokemon...

Physical games, especially special editions of my favourite franchises (Legend of Zelda and Fire Emblem, though I wish I got into Xenoblade earlier...), and Fire Emblem Cipher trading cards! Though my wife is constantly bugging me about selling them... 😅
