I suppose that's right. I'd probably want to buy both the games, or atleast be able to play one of them from borrowing it or something. Noone I know has it yet though. I'll just wait to get it. That sounds like a better idea, also spending time with your Pokemon may help you think of a better suited name maybe. Oh, so in Yellow you collect them over a short period of time? I thought you meant that you got them all at the very start. :)

Actually, I was really surprised, today I gave my Pichu it's second Protein, leveled it up once and it evolved. I wasn't expecting it AT ALL, especially since I was reading up on how to make it easier and lots of people were mentioning tons of things to do which I hadn't even tried yet. I only kept it in my party for the two days I've had it and gave it two proteins, used it in a couple of battles and it evolved on it's next level up. .__.

It used to, and I was SO annoyed when I learnt that Cherrim only bloomed during sunny day settings but... once it became my favourite, I started liking "emo" Cherrim too and now I adore them both. <3

I've watched some reviews, and a lot of them have been good on Black's part but more negative on Pokemon White. I was first going to get Black (since I liked the idea of the city) but changed my mind when I heard the way of battling is better on White? since your pokemon can switch between attacking the foe's pokemon rather than having to stick to the one opposite, or something along those lines (finding it hard to explain >_<).
I know what you mean too! I like how your Pokemon can follow in Soulsilver too, just seems better that you can check up on how they feel rather than just having them in their pokeballs unless their fighting, there's no way of having the slightest bit of communication at all other than when you're commanding them.
xD Do you nickname your Pokemon? :) You get all of them at the beginning?! :o pretty neato. I REALLY want a Pikachu! I traded with my brother for some of my favourite Pokemon, he didn't want to get rid of his Pikachu so he gave me one of his Pichu's instead. I'm working on evolving it, it just has to stay really happy for a certain about of time, right? I hope it's not too long, isn't there also items that you can gave it to help? ^^

Platinum was one of the games I was considering to get rather than Soulsilver, along with White. Have you played both Black and White? And any reason why you didn't overly like 'em? Or you just prefer the earlier games? Gahh, I wanna' play Yellow! I have the feeling the most earlier games have gotta' be the best ones.
So Sapphire started off the craze for Pokemon games? :)
I was planning on getting it eventually, you think I should just leave it and wait? that'd be fine, I need more reasons not to get it actually since I really shouldn't have gotten Soulsilver considering I've got things going on soon that I have to save money for, I just couldn't help it and I really don't regret it at the moment! :D

Ohh, Soulsilver? I love it! I'm new to the whole game side of Pokemon (only played Pearl other than Soulsilver) but I find this to be my favourite from the two, I love how it's reminding me of some Pokemon I happened to forget about. It's extremely nostalgic and just like when I was a kid, I'm back to loving Pokemon because of it. ^=^

How about you though, which is your favourite Pokegame?
