The city of Ionia (which happens to be the homeland of Shango, the protagonist) will wage war on Hesperia, claiming its independance as an entirely different state. Shango, out of personal interests and gains, will side with Hesperia. He will be the one to suggest the war is taken on the massive lake where Ionia the city has ships that sail that lake. Tylor and his crew, after being promised a tremendous amount of wealth which they'll never get from the Hesperian Empire, agree to aid them in the war. Why them, you may ask. Well they were the only pirates who swallowed their pride (the Pirate Union of Oceania is holding old grudges).

Tylor and Shango will cooperate in order to outsmart and destroy all of the Ionian frigates (about a dozen) with a single ship. You know what this means... the hilarity and chaos ensue!

Years after the war, they will meet again for another adventure, but on a more quiet concept this time.

Indeed he is a fun character! I've thought of some neat things I can pull off with his wits! Would you read an outline of what he's going to be involved in, maybe? :D

As much as I'd like to be busy with school, I just can't seem to focus... I'm on hiatus from like, every activity except writing my Fan Fic at full speed. How's Odyssey? I'll try rejoining it if it's dangerously close to ending... the problem is, I find myself unable to invest time in it - that's why I quit.

By the way, regarding my fic, I'm close at the point of the protagonist's interaction with Tylor and Co. so could you maybe give me some... additional information regarding his past and personality? Nothing big, and you don't have to do it as I can always improvise. Just thought I should ask you since it's your character!

Yea, I get it. I was going more on the aspect that it just seems a bit insane to accuse Rey of causing it when it seemed that he was instead trying to prevent it. I assumed his thinking behind it all was the 'mad' part of him slowly developing.

Well anyways, we don't have the entire story out yet. I'm waiting on two more people to post their parts before everything is revealed.

Hey, don't worry about it. We agreed that he was going to get worse and worse anyways. Although I hope you'll keep him sane long enough for everything to get out in the open first. We're only scratching the surface. Try to keep him at a level head for now. What comes next is big.

You're limited to around two pokemon to start. Two pokemon against a hoard won't help. A trainer having a weapon would give some form of an advantage in the long run.

Every SU I've gotten so far has included the main character owning some sort of a blade.....What happened to bashing creature's heads in with a baseball bat or a pipe? Why is everybody suddenly a Samurai?
