fabio875 is correct. Your Eevee however needs to have a strong bond with you in the game. So if you get it groomed and what not constantly, feed it Carbos, Iron etc., and make sure it's not low HP alot. Make it level up during those times and it will evolve into one or the other.

Cyrus it looks pretty good, but as Swizz said the graphics look a little rough. Keep it up.

Yeah I know what you mean about the starter kit thing. I downloaded one of the ones from the Game Dev Resources page, and it's not completed at all. Theres very little to work with. I guess I'll go look for more tilesets. Thanks
