Yeah. for the EV spread, Golduck gives you +2 points every battle. With a power item, that doubles to +4.

It depends on what you want Pichu to atk/def with. Here's a chart for you to look at: http://www.psypokes.com/lab/natures.php It holds the natures of the game. It will help you tons. So if pichu uses Volt Tackle and Thunderpunch, you would want Attack to be a decent number. So you would look for breeding an Adamant, Brave, etc. But remember that with one slot going up one will go down. For Adamant, Special Atk's growth go down.

~.~ PC Crashing...but cool. However, if it's Calm, then when he starts to level, everything will level up 100% except Atk and Special Defense. Actually, your atk will grow 90% and your Special Def will grow 110%. Natures just alter the speed growth. of a stat.
