I'm really hoping they use the Platinum dex for BDSP, since the original DP games had really limited pokemon. There's no reason not to do so except to like, add them in later as DLC or something which is just a jerk move imo. If they're going to charge 60 dollars at least make the game worth it.

Honestly, I hate grinding and appreciate the exp. share, but not being able to turn it off is such a weird choice. I don't get it because I'm pretty sure it used to be optional in previous gens, so why the change?

Hopefully trade evos are gone, or they'll at least introduce an alternate way of evolving them. It was always a big pain to get those evolutions if you don't have friends who play or didn't buy multiple versions, plus now I think trading online requires a paid subscription which is just scummy imo.

The more interesting thing about the video is the narrator's surprise at seeing Snorunts... in the snow. Either the guy is an idiot or the ones he's used to aren't snow-dwellers, which could hint at a non Ice type variant. Although that would make the name pretty weird, lol.

I want some kind of alternate super form for the Creation Legendaries, but otherwise I'm not too attached to the gimmicks. They kind of favour certain species too much imo, and disincentivises diversity in teams.

Chimchar was my very first Sinnoh starter, but I like the other two's secondary types much more. Fire/Fighting is just too common among starters, not to mention Ground and Steel give immunities. I'm leaning towards Piplup the most because Empoleon looks super cool, though Torterra is awesome too.

Yeah, same here. It would be nice to get a Manaphy but I don't think I'd use it much anyway, plus I'm patient enough to wait in the unlikely case there's a surprise discount somewhere down the line.
