Has anyone heard of the Phyzios Studio? It is a Japanese/English (mostly Japanese) Physics game. Just like Falling sand, there is elements that you can draw on screen. Here is a youtube video on someone playing Phyzios Studio... There is also objects and player characters that you can mess...
