Unfortunately, until GF patches Sword/Shield, Larvesta isn’t available to be in the game yet. I feel your pain, though. Larvesta’s one of my faves.

It was a 2008 event Dragonite that is level 50. It has the moves Dragon Dance, Outrage, Thunderbolt, and Draco Meteor. It was a big deal at the time since you couldn’t use Dragonites in certain tournaments since they were all over level 50.

The only way to get it would be via dream world. But whether or not anyone bothered to catch an already rare female dream world tirtouga in a dive ball is pretty improbable.
