Kingdra, Venusaur, Milotic, Skarmory, Scizor, Porygon-Z, Metagross, Hydreigon, Togekiss, Lucario, Arcanine, Volcarona, Mewtwo, Mew, Lugia, Reshiram

Ehh that's actually 21 haha. I have no idea the order other than Mew/Kingdra/Venusaur being a close 6th in a tie but the top 5 definitely those 3 :)
