Lawrence, the other mod in that area says he doesn't feel comfortable reopening it. There's also no way that other people can register on your IP address at all, unless they have access to same computer you do. & with PC, it's rare that 7 or 8 people from the same town/school all signed up on the same computer. :/

Hmm, well there's been about 5 accounts registered on your computer, so judging from that, there's a lot of alts, and that makes your sister's account questionable to me. :/ If your sister does want to give her two cents in some posts, you could always add that into your posts on your main account.. since she can't type herself and all.

I don't want to act until I get the consent of the other moderate in my area, so that we don't both go different ways with this. It's likely that that intro thread will end up just getting re-opened, though.
