I read the rules, they had the blue background no??? And I do plan to open one, but I just want to see what the community thinks of my idea and see if its worth opening up

I take it that you plan to open a shop, right?
Go to Trade Plaza > Click 'New Thread'.
But it has to be approved by a staff before it will be shown to the public.
You might want to check the other member's Trade Shop to get some ideas,

Hi there buddy, I know that the forum's big and can be quite confusing. Here's a little help for you.

Go to Trade Plaza if you need to open a Trade Shop.
Though you must read the rules before creating your own shop.
