Enable sound in no$gba.. When you are playing Pokemon, never turn off the sound setting.. Hope that helps...

there is an even simple answer.. use pokesav.. it's a really great hacking tool for 4th gen... but if you playing with no$gba, you might want to change the no$gba.ini file to this: SAV/SNA File Format == Raw Happy hacking..
