Yes, it does, but some moves are buggy (ex: some moves' power isn't calculated correctly). According to their FAQ, the error is because you're missing a graphics folder. What program did you use to extract the zip file? Did you use the same program to extract the files each time? Others...

Haha, I like the idea of Magikarp => Chicken in this game. That would be hilarious. Or you could add a super sketchy NPC that tries to scam you into buying a Chicken. {XD} The mapping looks really good so far! :) And yeah, adding fogs is pretty hard to do for a ROM hack - currently playing...

I've gotten 3 badges now, and made it to Route 112, where I caught a Numel. Finally a second fire Pokemon I can use! I will probably get a few more badges today and fill out my party some. So far, I have: Combusken and Numel.
