I forgot to tell you!! That brownie was a minty festival in my mouth, easily best brownie I've had. Almost as sweet and amazing as yourself. Thanks for everything! I had a great day and look forward until we meet again one day :D

I have two kitties - the one in my avatar wearing a Santa hat is my little girl, Bandit, and the one I've named my everything after, my little boy, Sergeant Dustmop. :3
Dusty was definitely the spark for that passion. When I got him from the shelter, he had a broken growth plate in his leg, and the vet said we couldn't do much except keep his weight down and make sure he gets extra glucosamine to prevent arthritis. Well, pills are silly and expensive and not nearly as useful as just giving a cat lots of connective tissue, like you'd find in a raw chicken foot, haha.
I just wanted little Dusty to have a 'normal', healthy life. Even if he's a little gimpy. c:

I'm right there with you! Until earlier this year, I could not make scrambled eggs. Looking back, how can anyone not be able to make scrambled eggs?! xD

The farthest I've ventured outside of the usual cookies and brownies have been cobblers and turnovers. A pie tin is the next thing on my wishlist. I love pie. The possibilities of fillings are nearly endless, you just can't go wrong with pie. :3

I've actually been really good! I love Christmas time so it makes me happy seeing all the decorations pop up everywhere and going shopping for people :) how have you been? It's been ages since we last spoke!

I wouldn't call it lazy, because it feels all-consuming at times. Let's say...being hopeful and then waiting things out based on that? Thinking all the while though. I think It's more of a dwell, or being overly analytical trying to anticipate all possible outcomes and consequences, trying to understand and reflect, coming to conclusions. Eventually, if I think I've finally got it fool-proof, I'll act.

And I get that, yeah. I've been trying to find a similar balance this year too.
