The drawings change slightly over the years. If you notice any completely different drawn comics, those are guest comics. There will be some pictures, whereas she has taken breaks or such. Also, there are quite a few comics that are in color, but those one's are usually off-topic.

I don't remember what year, but it's before 2000. Like late 98 to early 99 I believe. :\ It should be soon though. Millie's reactions to him are funny.
