I think I've done that also, the only pokemon I have that really save my team is magmar and ampharos Haha, it does. Usually I don't just catch pokemon all over the place but for some reason this time I have and it's just proven to annoy the crap out of me.

Every gym leader seems to have some endless supply of super/hyper potions, you get their pokemon down to red, your hopes go up "Yes, I'm finally going to beat this sucker" *such & such used hyper potion* Maybe that's how they win, cheat with potions until you're out of pokemon. Recently in SS...

My copy of SS arrived monday afternoon, I'm now at the 8th gym and I find myself absolutely irritated by my pokemon to the point I want to start the game again. It seems silly to restart now but no matter what version of pokemon I play, if I have quite low level pokemon in the PC I can't stand...

This sounds like fun, I've ordered SS and it should be arriving this week sometime. However, before I join the band wagon I think I'll do a first play through and on the second, have a go at this challenge :)

I'm not sure if it's been asked as I haven't been through this entire thread but, I don't exactly understand breeding. I always thought it was just to get more pokemon. After reading here, I was obviously wrong. Can someone explain breeding to me?

Heyy, new to the forum however, not new to pokemon, having played since I was very very small. Which I'm sure most of you have as well. Soul Silver came out today here in Australia, so I'll be ordering that tonight hopefully and getting my game on soon ;)
