Also, I may not exactly be an expert on this but I find once you stop thinking about how you're not doing so good, the pressure starts to sort of fade and it is easier to do work because you are not under so much pressure. But that is just me, I tend to not work at all under pressure...
But it is a good thing that you took time to cry (not that it's good that you cried, not saying that D:) because doing stuff like that usually helps. :> Also rest helps if you think you be wanting some naptime. :sleeping:
