if i had a froslass, i'd have something like this: Ice beam Thunderbolt Shadowball ????? Whatever floats your boat on the last move. Maybe somthing like Water Pulse or Confuse Ray? I agree with Gofre as well, you need some walls *EDIT* also want to point out your team is Earthquake weak...

I really didn't notice that much of a difference in speed. Although, i do get annoyed with all the "leftovers" and "sandstream". Those can make a battle feel long.

My best monent was catching my Dialga in a pokeball. I had five of my pokemon at full health (thank you, hyper potions!) and about 10 pokeballs. So I figured I'd try as a joke. So i saved, fought him and I got him on my last pokeball! I'm so proud of myself!

another pokerus tip: to make sure you have pokerus for later, store the pokerus pokemon in your box. in there, it will never lose its pokerus as far as i know. then you can pull it out and infect other pokemon when you need it.

the % of you finding a female combee are the same as you hatching one. id do the hatching so you dont have to waste honey.

i use vs seeker on andrew the fisherman. he is in route 205 and he is the fisherman in the corner at the turn of the dock. my discription isnt that good, but there are vids on youtube if u search "pokemon ev training speed" he uses all magikarps which give off 1 speed ev. combined with pokerus...
