Whats The Quickest Way to train the speed up on a quagsire.. and

How the heck can a quagsire learn double team, because Bertha's has it >.<

I don't know if it would help you, but trading makes pokémon grow faster.
Like when you trade your Quagsire to someone, and that person trades it back to ya, it will grow faster.
    Oh, and the PokéRus ofcourse.

i use vs seeker on andrew the fisherman. he is in route 205 and he is the fisherman in the corner at the turn of the dock. my discription isnt that good, but there are vids on youtube if u search "pokemon ev training speed" he uses all magikarps which give off 1 speed ev. combined with pokerus and power anklet, u could gain evs pretty fast.

    hope this helped

do u want to level it faster?
sorry im out of it today...

in that case, you could do what Devil_Silver said. ignore my other post

EV training for dummies (Thats not a dig at you, its mimicking a series of books lol)
*Every pokemon gives off EVs, or effort values
*As an example, magicarp gives 1 speed EV when you beat it
*When a pokemon gets 4 of one EV, it gains a boost to that stat.

A full guide, complete with modifiers and all, can be found on serebii.net under game mechanics

    Hope that helped :)

Or you can read the sticks on Stratagies and Movesets forum.

Actually, if it gets traded back to you, it's still the same since the OT number is still yours.

Only when the Pokemon's OT number is different to your ID number will it gain 1.5x the normal amount of EXP in battle.

I fail to understand why you would even think of training a Quagsire in speed. I strongly recommand its HP and Defence, even take Attack into consideration. Anything except for speed. D:

Yeah, I used quagcurse (Lol i just made that name up) once, it went well :)
