  • You have my OK, but entrance into our pair is based on unanimous acceptance. You need to get Ctep's and Kiyoshi's OKs as well. XD
    Chuck Norris would die from being overrated before the monster could even attack him. :P XD
    Well, considering it gets more screen time than most characters, the game could practically be renamed "Kingdom Hearts: Sea-Salt Ice Cream Edition". :(
    I never denied anything. O__o
    And being the best thing since sliced bread is a matter of opinion (not to mention sliced bread is gross).
    You're a meanie. You negotiated with Feign to make him help you win an expired argument after I gave you a wonderful gift. Not to mention I never said it wasn't sexy; I said I'm not gay so I don't find it sexy.
    I have no photoshopping skills. >_>

    And you are transparent anyway.

    Why would you try to do this to me?! @~@
    I thought you appreciated my gift!
    I've spent... all of the last week playing that game, pretty much. I've barely been on PC. XD;
    I can't find any sort of currency act for the Americans (not like the many wikipedia sites are helping either, getting in the way of the search results). But all I could find were:

    No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation; grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal; coin Money; emit Bills of Credit; make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts; pass any Bill of Attainder, ex post facto Law, or Law impairing the Obligation of Contracts, or grant any Title of Nobility.

    These clauses permit Congress to coin money and to issue paper currency. By extension, under its ability to enact laws "necessary and proper" to carry out these powers (as stated at the end of Article 1, Section 8), Congress created the Federal Reserve System to regulate the nation's monetary supply.
    Well according to the vid I saw, it would seem as though you could legally give any denomination of cash, and still have it being considered legal.
    Haha not a kid, nope. I think it was a guy that was somewhat mentally slow. But yeah he had a large amount of change... I was all like "yeah... no I'm not accepting that."
