The patch download is the full game, download it and patch it with NUPS on a clean Firered rom.

What do I do after the Sevii Islands in order to get to the other Islands? I got to some kind off ferry station but it's blocked, it asks for a pass I think? (It's in French, and my french is pretty limited). Do I need to defeat those samurai guys?

The deino line is Deino --> Zweilous --> Hydreigon right? So what does that have to do with Druddigon? Or am i missing something here? xD But including the Deino line would be great since Hydreigon is for sure one of my favorite pokemon! Btw, if you're also taking legendary's into account...

Even though the hack may contained bugs i'm glad i was able to see through it and i've enjoyed playing the game to the fullest. All I can say is thank you for this great experience, this is wh at any pokemon game should've been like! Best of wishes to you and god bless you. <3
