the same exact thing happened to me man what you wanna do is leave it off for a week, DONT SAVE OVER IT, then turn it back on and it should be back, if that doesnt work put in pokemon ruby or sapphire, save, and the turn it back on.

well on gameboy sp its holding AB and start + select and that restarts it without doing same damage as switching it off and on fast

on leafgreen i traded my eevee to sapphire and evolved it to espeon, then i traded my eevee from firered to ruby and evolved it to umbreon
