No; have you played pokemon Colosseum or pokemon XD? Team chiper is the "evil organization" of those games -- they use pokemon called "shadow pokemon". =O

What I didn't like about Team Rocket/Magma/Aqua/Galactic is that the grunts and admins use the SAME KINDS OF POKEMON. @_@;

As opposed to team Chiper, who uses every single kind of pokemon. :/

I like them, because they are pretty unpredictable. :3 Like, Gengar and mismagius; they could learn stuff like Will-o-Wisp, Thunderwave, Pain Split, [AND GENGAR COULD EVEN LEARN EXPLOSION! =O]
