Well, it helps to know what you use to make tags, like Photoshop or Gimp.
You got the flow down on the tag with the C4d's you used there, here, the clipping masks work, they don't distract much from the focal, which is a good thing.
For better effects you can set the C4D's at different types of layers, play around with them.
You can change the colors of the C4D by click the Hue/Saturation button and making a clipping mask on the C4D and moving the Hue around, so the overall colors of the tag match, and go together. I go here for this, but I barely use it, maybe you can.

The tag could use more effects. but that's pretty good.
The text, get rid of it bud, some tags look best without text, I usually make tags without text, I'm starting to practice typography now, cuz I still suck at it, because when I first started I had to practice on composition and placement on effects. You should do that too, it helped.
Also, the lighting seems like you used a soft brush and lowered the opacity? I dunno, but you don't also have to do that, you can use C4D's as textures too.
For example, look at this tag, you can use a soft brush, but make it blend in with everything else.
I suggest you read some tuts here or on Planet Renders. (:
There's my failed attempt to crit you. lol
