yes, thats mainly because of a strategy involving a magnemite with sturdy, a berry, and the move recycle. you could ask your opponents for a flat battle where all Pokemon's levels are lowered to 50, but legendaries aren't allowed in those so they'll likely not want to. i can help out with leveling them up since my join avenue has bunch of shops that raise levels and EVs.

the lists for the ticket tourney are up now. you'll need at least 4 pokemon to come from ticket 2.
